I had a reservation with these folks. I showed up for my car and they said I would have to wait as it was not in yet. BUT if I wanted to get on my way (at the time I had reserved my car) I could pay them more and upgrade to another car class. This was my first and last time with them. I have rented at other places and they gave me the bigger car for no extra charge since they did not have it. It was all down hill from there.\r
If you want people to come back you need to treat them right the first time!
