I work at Bayshore and was excited to have the Neroli Salon open there.... until I went there. The front desk staff was so snotty! I was quoted a price and was charged double (they needed to use an extra amount of color for my chin length bob). My hair was purple (not the color I wanted by any stretch of the imagination). The stylist ran out of time and had another client waiting and left me with dripping wet hair, sent me on my way with a, "it will look cute curly." I spent over $100 to look like a wet dog. I was so embarassed when I got the bill I paid and left. The next day I came back and asked why I had been charged double the price I had been told (they never said anything during the service) --and my hair is NOT long... they looked at me like I was crazy and told me I needed more color. I heard one woman say, "What's HER problem?" Well, lesson learned. Like I said, I work at Bayshore... I have for seven years and have a lot of customers who ask me about Neroli... I tell them about my experience and send them to Kwof. I have never been there but the stylists come in all the time, they are nice and friendly and I have gotten many thank yous.
