Yeah the service is a little off, the take-out packaging is leaky, and yeah, no one speaks english but hey consider the neighborhood! English-speakers are nearly a minority. But the food is delicious.
If you're a tourist in the area I recommend just stopping by and eating in the restaurant, it's a nice stereotypical LA-Mexican diner.
