I love eating at restaurants, typically ones that are hospitable and upper causal. I don?t mind spending money for my entrees, but I have my limits! We had reservations for this restaurant at 7:30 on Friday night for 6 people. My wife and I arrived at the restaurant around 7pm expecting to have a drink in the bar while we waited for our 25 year old daughter and her fiancee, and our 21 year old son and his girl friend. My wife and I sat at a table in the bar, greeted by a very nice young woman that eventually took our order for a few appetizers and cocktails. The bar and restaurant were moderately busy and she greeted us in a timely manger. The cocktails arrived promptly, but somehow we never received our appetizers. When we asked the waitress about the appetizers she said that the kitchen was busy and they would be ready soon and asked us if we wanted to order another drink while we waited for the food and agreed. Although by this time, our daughter and son had arrived and we still did not have our appetizers, since our server was quite busy, I told the manager that I wanted to have our appetizers brought to the table. He agreed and said he would take care of it.\r

Our server in the dinning room was rude, sarcastic, and not very attentive. I had to ask him multiple times for refills on drinks or more silverware. The food was served luke warm, and to top it off we never received our appetizers. Somehow though at the end of the meal, I was charged for the appetizers I ordered in the bar and never received. When I told my server, he sarcastically replied that it was a transfer from the bar and the manager I spoke with had already left for the night. He said he could buy me a dessert, but by the time we finished our dinner, I was so unhappy I just wanted to leave and my daughter and wife were quite unhappy. \r
Pros: Nice location, clean resturant
