I recently bought a cute $800.00 puppy from this pet store, 3 days later I had to take her to the vet. She was diagnosed with kennel cough and pneumonia. This pet store claims to have high quality, healthy pets! When I called them to complain they told me I should have brought her in there first before taking her to the vet and they could have helped me but that it was too late now for them to do anything. They also told me that the vets usually diagnose the dogs with kennel cough but its not always a true diagnosis which is not true, my puppy is coughing and is having a hard time breathing so how can it not be a true diagnosis. The vet we went to also said they get alot of sick puppies from this store. I am very unhappy with this store they should have at least taken responsibilty for selling me a sick dog and paid the vet bill!
