Office manager is confrontational and unhelpful. When asked for documents notifing of service cancellation, I was told that they did not have the time to provide those documents and I should have kept up with when it was time to schedule my service to avoid the cancellation. When a business provides a service, customer service is key. And customer service is definitely NOT a strong suit of their office manager.
