They cleaned a test area, explained the benefits of dry cleaning versus steam cleaning, and determined a final price (true to the estimate), and made sure I was satisfied before beginning the work. They worked diligently and conscientiously and satisfactorily cleaned the carpets, including high traffic areas and pet stains. This family run business truly makes customer satisfaction a priority!
