I called today to see about getting my carpets cleaned, hoping to schedule something this week. Unlike my calls to other carpet cleaning companies I was actually able to talk to a person. Shockingly, I called at noon and someone was at my house in about a half hour!! Terry did a good job and was professional and courteous. Thanks for the great job!!
