This was my first experience with Carpet Dryclean. Miguel arrived on time. He was very thorough in the explanation of what the cleaning process would involve. All stains were gone we they left. They were able to get even the long lasting stains up as well. He and his partner Kyle moved the heavy furniture. I like their organic cleaning method. There was no water used on the carpet so I knew there would be none left, down deep in the padding, after they finished. I am very pleased with the job done.
