We were seated promptly, no one came to give us water or asked out order for 15 minutes. The wait persons were just standing around. The hose was not even bothered that we just walked out!!! They were not busy. It was around 5:30 on a Friday night. The parking lot was full because people park there to walk across the street to Santana Row!!
