DO NOT EAT HERE! We have been here in the past, but last night was the last straw. We ordered pick up and they completely forgot an entire entree and gave us jalapeno tuna roll instead of yellowtail. (there is no way we would order jalepeno, I am deathly allergic.) We informed them of the errors and they did not even apologize. We asked them to please deliver the correct order and they estimated about 15 minutes (we live three blocks away). It took 45 minutes to get our food!!! \r
And to top this off, I am horribly ill today. (I won't go into detail) But judging from the previous post of lack of cleanliness, I wonder what is going on there. To others in the South Loop who were excited about a new Thai place, I am sorry to disappoint you, I am sad too. But if you would like them to value our health and receipt of good service please do not frequent this place!!! We should demand better in our neighborhood.
