If you are computer illiterate and in trouble with your PC, this is a great company to use. My computer crashed while I was doing my taxes, and naturally I had no clue what to do. Not only did I think I was going to have to buy a new computer, but I also thought I lost everything on my hard drive as well. When I called PC Palz, they were at my house in an hour, extremely polite, and managed to fix and recover everything off of my computer in under an hour. I would definitely recommend, as well as use their services again.
