Wow! If you are looking for customer service...Cool Max is exceptional! The service repairmen wore covers over their shoes in order to protect my floors...THANK YOU! They explained everything to me and fixed my air conditioner quickly. Showed my husband some things about our equipment that he did not know. Took time to explain what was wrong and what needed fixing. Explained how maintenance is important so that our air conditioner will last a long time. Cleaned up after they finished. Thank you Cool Max. We will use your services again. They were extremely polite, professional and on time. They are a family company and the ladies in the office were extremely nice too. I highly recommend them to everyone!
