The Exam took several hours, including an extra hour waiting for the optician to do her thing to order your glasses. I then waited for a month for the glasses to come in. Then it took several attempts over the next three weeks to just make an appointment with their no-personality desk staff. The appointment was finally set for ten a.m., no one waiting, optician did not decide to arrive until 10:45, handed me my glasses, never fit them, and showed no personality and did not apologize for the delay. Go elsewhere.

Cons: no customer service and impossible to get an appointment.
