I saw Sovay on the recommendation of a friend. She worked me in on a Sunday and we spent a LOT of time just chatting about what I like, what I don't, what I am willing to spend money on and how often I will be willing to come in for hair mantenance. She listened and was very meticulous with my cut. We developed a plan for color as well and I am going back today for that. She also is very concerned about damaging hair and won't do anything that she isn't sure will come out perfect. ~~I am someone who hates to go to stylists becuase I am never happy and/or can never recreate at home what they did. Sovay isn't complicated and really wants you to be beautiful and confident. She's smart and talented but not pushy. And if you are not happy, she'll fix it. That is the entire salon's philosophy: The customer is always right and they all want us to leave smiling.
