I was hoping to be able to deal in my hometown when I purchased my new 2008 Chevrolet HHR. However, that was not the case and I went to Jim Keras on Covginton Pike. Over the years I have been a true Chevrolet purchaser. The dealership in Millington has the worst General Manager (George) and is a strike against not only Chevrolet but also the City of Millington. He repeatedly lied to myself and my Father, made himself unavailable constantly for our phone calls and was extremely unprofessional. My Dad and I were treated great at Jim Keras Chevrolet on Covington Pike and our sales person Norma went above and beyond to get our business. Looks like we will be sticking to the Pike for our next Chevrolet vehicle.
