Empower Personal Training offers a variety of services in a clean, well-organized, friendly environment that really does make you feel empowered to become fit and lead a healthier life. I have worked out with Jessica for about ten years and have seen great results. I love catching up with the trainers before my workout and they always have answers to any questions I ask and a cheerful attitude that I have come to really appreciate. The space has wonderful, state-of-the-art equipment and is kept perfectly clean and very tidy. I highly recommend Empower Personal Training to all my friends and family.
The personal training offered at Empower is both friendly and motivating. After a long, hard workout nothing could be better than Satya’s Thai, deep tissue, or integrated massage to help you continue to practice body awareness.
