I've never had a worse experience! I scheduled a regular cleaning only to find out during my appointment that no hygenists were working on that day! This also happened to my boyfriend on a different date. Now, why schedule me to come in when you can't perform the service I ask for? Then, when I came back the second time for the ""real"" cleaning appointment, they did a different procedure on me which I wasn't aware of until I got the bill. Amy, the office manager there, was very rude and inconsiderate when I brought up my concern. It's obvious that it's unethical to perform and charge patients the services without their consent, but they want their money, so they really don't care about anything else. \r
Cons: UNETHICAL. Rip Off. Rude. Waste of Time.
