The community is quiet, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the apartments are very roomy. For the money (very affordable) you get a little more than you'd expect. Not loaded with a lot of amenities, mind you, but other advantages instead. The units are all ""cottage style"" so there are no neighbors upstairs making too much noise, no one below you complaining, and no breezeways to echo outside your front door. Assigned parking is right at the front door (in most units) and mail is delivered right to each unit individually. The maintenance staff is very attentive. The maintenance manager spent over half an hour with me the day I moved in, making sure everything was just right. Be aware that these apartments have been around awhile, so some may find them ""a little run down"" where others (like me) might use the word ""charming."" And while the buildings may be older, they were built bigger, and the structures are more solid, compared to the apartments being built today. This is not a large complex (59 units, I think), and they sit a little off the beaten path, tucked away in the middle of a housing community, so there is virtually no traffic noise.
Pros: Quiet, good location, helpful staff, no upper level.
