Had been using the shop for years for personal bouquets, so I enlisted it for my wedding. I ordered a tropical bouquet with stargazer lillies, and provided a picture of exactly what I wanted. First, the florist was late, and was decorating as the guests came in the church. Then my bouquet arrived with red roses and red carnations in the altar pieces as well - not very tropical! Needless to say, that wasn't in the picture I gave them. Additionally the florist forgot my pew decorations, and then when they finally came the creations were sparse and horrific. Of course I demanded a refund, and the shop promised to refund $200. I have yet to see my money returned. It was the worst experience ever.
