I went into this store to change from AT&T to verizon. I was not greeted, people were rude, no one wanted to help me. Another Customer told me about a verizon store just 3 miles away. It was inside of Circuit City behind toys r us. 3400 Westgate Drive. As soon as i walked in I was greeted warmly by jovannie and He anticipated all of my questions. True Professional. There were no lines at all. and on top of that he informed me that my employer (State) offered a 20% monthly discount. I have to say this was my best sales experience ever. I purchased an LG DARE ( iiRECOMMEND IT) WITH 1350 MINUTES, UNLIMITED TEXTING, TURN BY TURN NAVIGATION, UNLIMITED EMAIL, AND INTERNET FOR ONLY $96 PLUS TAX EACH MONTH.
Pros: Close to my apartment
Cons: Better Store 3 miles down the road.. (worth the Drive)
