I wanted a one-of-a-kind sofa to fit with and in an odd space. Angela at SM store was incredibly patient, and used her expertise to guide me away from mistakes and toward good choices. VERY happy with the outcome, and everyone remarks on how perfect it is. PLUS, two years later (!) Fabby Gonzalez at HQ graciously went to the trouble to fix a design problem at no charge.
