part of their problem is they see too many patients and they have dollar signs in their eyes. even the optician. i wish i had read these reviews before i ran over one night at 5:30 and waited until 6:45 to be seen. dr. standlen seemed personable and informative but very rushed. many of their frames are priced at the magic number of $249. even with coverage i just didn't want to pay more than $100-150 for everything including routine exam. the staff was helpful enough, not terribly sincere, polite but robotic (happy to have a job). well i suppose that's the price i have to pay for convenience???\r
