I rented a car from here not long ago and had nothing but terrible service. Barry, the sales manager lied to me three times. He tried to tell me they close an hour before their listed time, which when I brought this up he finally admitted that he just wanted to leave early. They advertise pick-up within a 5 mile radius, he said he wouldn't go further than two miles. And he wouldn't make a reservation for me over the phone. He asked me to call the 800 number, which I did, but then he wouldn't honor what the had booked. When I said I'd take my service elsewhere, he replied that he was the only agency still open for the weekend. FYI, Enterprise has amazing customer service. They will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied, and athough they do close earlier on the weekends, it's cheaper to rent from them for an extra day than going with Budget for the shorter time period. more
