Janis is a rip off to elderly people. Only the rich can afford her services to get home care. she doesn't do background checks on the providers she puts in the homes and she charges enourmous fee's and charges the caregivers $2.00 an hour to work under her, while she doesn't have to do anything and earns money. Nor does she consider herself an employer of these caregivers. So my queston is who is paying the taxes?
