I went in to purchase a Honda for my son. I was greeted with a smile. I was shown new cars and used cars and I negotiated a great deal on a used Honda Civic at a great price and they did the financing. The car was Certified with extended warranty. I got the carfax and the checkout sheet on the car so I felt very comfortable. We traded in his Mustang and got a fair value for that. The whole deal took about 2 and a half hours. Pretty painless.
