I have personally been to many restaurants around Illinois and this by far has been the worst service. Management and reception were rude and judgemental toward the new customers. It is as though they are trying to push new comers away. I definitely did not appreciate the hostess looking at me and other customers up and down. There was no smile or welcoming feeling from her. The food was fair but unexpected for an expensive restaurant. The decor was nice but too dark and uncomfortable. Too small when there are too much people. Disappointing!
