I have been going to Lane's for 10 years. In that time I have had several cars, old and new. Twice I have had my cars at the dealers for work for my newer vehicles. The dealer quoted costs of $699.00 (plugs, hose and tune up) and $4300.00 (catalytic converters). I did not have the dealer service my car and went to Lane's. The same work cost me $102.00 and $269.00 respectively. I no longer frequent the dealer unless I am certain the repair is covered under warranty. Lane's provides no nonesense repairs and quality service. Three important vendors in my life: plumber, HVAC and mechanic. I am glad I have Lane's as my sole mechanic and appreciative of the outstanding value and service he provides.
