Unfriendly, unhelpful, tons of attitude. That describes the staff of this particular Petco store. I shop there often due to convenience (it's near my office, on my way home). The convenience of the location is not worth the trouble, and after my last experience there, I will not be going back.
Pros: Location, but it's not even worth it.
Cons: Horrible customer service!
