DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!!!! I contracted with this limo service in March 2007 for a November 2007 wedding everything seemed to be fine. The even had a credit card to hold the reservation. I worked with Tony and even called him several times in the months leading up to the wedding. I also sent him several emails with all the addresses, pick up and drop off times, number of passengers etc. They were supposed to pick me up at my home at 2:30 to have me and my girls at the church by 3:00. Well, 2:30 came and went and I called frantic! Tony proceeded to tell me the driver was going to be at my house at 3:00!!! I explained to him that was incorrect and the driver was supposed to be there already! Tony actually yelled at me! All this after sending an email with all the addresses, pick up, and drop off times right there is black and white for all to see!!! Needless to say I had to cancel the service and find another way. Thank god my brother has a 15 passenger van and a suburban that we could use. If it wasn't for him I would have missed my wedding. We were using a beautiful old gothic chapel and only had it for a 2 hour time block. It was truly a miracle I made it on time. After all this the company did not even apologize! No phone call from a manager, no apology note, no what can we do to make it right! NOTHING!!! And yes, they had my cell phone. There was simply NO EXCUSE for this to happen. I took every step possible to ensure they had the correct information. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
