My 1999 Volvo S80 recently needed brakes replacement and other complex issues. I took it to Stephen, the owner, and he broke down exactly what was needed and a good approximation of what it would cost. He took it upon himself to request the parts and gave me daily updates. I dropped off the car on Saturday and it was ready by Tuesday evening (parts shipping delay). Needless to say my Volvo was returned to me in pristine condition...good work at a fair price, unlike several other mechanics I visited in Brooklyn and Queens.
