Hsui Yu may not be the fanciest nor priciest Chinese restaurant in the '09 zip code, but it's surely the friendliest. Low staff turnover ensures that regulars are recognized and welcomed warmly; small children are treated kindly as well. The food is consistently good and portions are generous. Sunday ""brunch"" menu includes appetizer, soup and entree at a reasonable price. My highest compliment: the busboys go out of their way to ensure that diners are never without refills, even before they're requested. Nice neighborhood restaurant with solid management and a friendly feel.
Pros: Friendly staff, prompt seating, good food, fair prices
Cons: Small dining rooms with closely-placed tables
