I have had many bad experiences at salons. So after 2 years of coloring and cutting my own hair I was desperate it get it done right. But because I was new to the area, I had no idea where to go. I couldn't just go anywhere. So I got on the Internet and searched for places I could go, reviews, recommendations etc. I made several phone calls to places finally I came across indulgence, I called and set up an appointment. Alice was great. She had all the answers and listened well. I felt we were on the same page. My hair was in better condition, the color was fabulous and the cut was almost spot on. On top of all that, she even styled it great. Which impressed me a lot because the way my hair is, even when I did get good cuts from a hairdresser, they could never style it. I always had to run home and wash and style it myself. But not Alice. She did a super job and even offers to teach you how to style it. They don?t leave you with a great style and say good luck, waving at you as your at home wondering why you can?t get your hair to look like it did at the salon. I was very impressed. And let me tell you; even if the color or the cut didn?t come out they way I wanted. I got impression that they would have fixed it to my satisfaction. I mean not every cut and or color with a stylist going to be great every time when its your first time being with that stylist. Great Job Alice! I recommend her and Indulgence to anyone who wants a professional pleasant and great haircut and or color. Oh, yea and for the first time ever, I had a stylist call me several days my cut and color to make sure everything was good. No Alice it?s not good, It?s GREAT!
