My main disappoint with Cicada with is with the lack of hospitality and kindness of their employees. First off, the valet guys were no help at all, I literally had stop and wait in my brand new car, finally I just got out and hand them the keys because the guy was too busy chatting on his phone, then he proceeded,while still seated, to tell me I owed him 7 dollars. I paid him, and he took the keys to my car. Five minutes later I came out and my car was still sitting there, no valet in sight, and my keys were just left on their little stand ready for any one to steal it!
Pros: Great food, nice decor, helpful waitstaff, hostess, coatcheck girl and doorman.
Cons: Poor valet service, mediocre entertainment, inpersonable master of ceremonies.
