The staff was very social. The floor was pretty old & disgusting and had not been swept in a whiiiiile. But, they had the cutest pup that instantly stole my heart! Everything seemed great & I had rose colored glasses on. The price changes multiple times at the register, as did the add- ons. Plus my pup had not had her shots yet. The next day I had to bring her back for the ""dr to check her out"". I was also informed that I had a week to bring her into ""their"" vet to be ""under warranty"" for a free check up. That free check up ended up costing over $150. The ""free grooming"" coupon they gave i tried to use, they wouldn't accept it the day after i bought my pup. Then I brought my new pup to my vet as soon as I could later on that week and found out that my ""perfectly health"" pup wasn't perfectly healthy. She had a ""weeping eye"", an eye infection & ear mites. I went in IMMEDIATELY after leaving my vet. The doors were locked up & the phone number was not in use but a sign on the window informing that they combined ""their forces"" with another shop. Went to the other shop, and they said they couldn't help me. I also never received any of the paperwork I was told would be mailed to me the week I bought her. So I am also guessing that when they said that they were the breeders, that was just a line they used too! I bought my lil' princess Sept 2007. Luckily, she hasn't had any more health issues.
