Our session with Erin Naimi provided us with valuable nutritional information which dramatically improved our eating habits. She gave us personalized guidelines based on a thorough analysis of our diet and the goals we wanted to achieve in terms of overall health improvement. What was most helpful was the shopping outing at the market where she showed us what foods to buy in order to fit our lifestyles needs (meals that are easy to prepare...we are not big on cooking!) Erin is easy to talk to and is very realistic about making changes in one's diet. She understands that food is meant to be enjoyed and she does not adhere to rigid and unhealthy rules.
