Our condo hired Tim Kavanaugh to paint outside windows. They did a terrible job, left all the scraps outside, left the water running, and painted 90% of all windows shot. It took them a month to get them open. Also broke a storm window, refuse to pay for the repair. They wouldn't even put the windows back in after it's repaired. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Cons: Terrible service, attitude
