Be aware of this company's hidden fees. We used them to manage our property and all of a sudden fees for all different services appeared. Our first rent check also was dissolved into fees. Were told we would receive check the first of every month, except they receive check on the first of the month and then they hold it until the end of the month when they send it to you. They charge for listing property on all different site when they won't even list on free sites(craigslist). Read all fine print and ask lots of questions because they do not offer any true answers to you. Look at others options(company's) before chosing this company.
