All I can tell you is that these guys were great. I live in California and Lexi worked with me via phone and internet to design and execute the exact ring I wanted for my wife. When the ring was sent to me and my wife wanted slightly different colored sapphires, Lexi took it back, mailed us additional samples to choose from and then delivered a wonderful ring at a very competitive price.
