I've been to the Lotus Restaurant two times. The food tastes pretty good, and the General Tso's chicken is really amazing! However, each time that I have visited, I have found hair in my food. If this is a testament to how clean the place is operated, then I don't recommend anyone eat there, I'm not headed back anytime soon!
Pros: Some menu items actually taste very good, better than most low-end Chinese establishments.
Cons: Poor service, even poorer food presentation and inspection.
