Conference food was much above average. Staff was very courteous. Room was very comfortable.At checkout I mentioned that all of the shuttle transportation stopped right under my window for passenger pickup. Suggested they relocate the pickup to a more open public area.Without blinking the desk person apologized profusely and comped me with my final night for free.
