I called the office to ask a question and thank them for the service so they asked me to write a review saying many happy customers call to thank them and the few unhappy write negative reviews on line ,so here it goes:
I inquired about a residential interstate move to CA and the next day I had someone over at my place for a visual estimate, he then showed me all calculation on his computer and suggested a few saving tips.
I waited for two more quotes but knew I will end up with them, they showed professional costumer care and prepared for it like it was an army quest.
they arranged the parking permits, and showed up on time.
they started with misc packing and moved to furniture wrapping and carrying all outside to their trucks.
all along they were polite and easy to talk to, the items arrived after 9 days to LA with one minor damage to an old cheap furniture that i was doubtful about surviving the trip.
in any case they compensated me and deduct it from the total balance.
I would highly recommend to use their service.
