When I called Montage inquiring about color correction and fixing a cut another salon had Completely botched, I was in a wary, insecure state of mind. The "professionals" I'd trusted my hair to had nearly ruined my hair and barely returned my money in addtion to being Rude. I was in the position almost everyone will experience at some point but would never wish upon others. On top of that, I was still learning my way around, so finding a stylist was proving more difficult than I had ever experienced before.
Practically in tears, I searched the Best Of Coloraod Springs selections in the phonebook, online, you name it. Calling Montage, not only was the receptionist so kind and helpful, but there were plenty of stylists ready to see me ASAP. I went in the next day for a consultation with Christy! She truly listened to me and promised that we wouldn't need to correct my color and my cut was completely fixable! She could've easily chosen a higher price route for me but was completely honest about my situation.
I returned a couple of days later and received exquisite treatment! Christy went above and beyond in fixing my hair. In fact, she didn't just fix my hair, she made me look and feel gorgeous. The prices for her services are worth every reasonable penny. I've had some good stylists in California, but Christy's talent is a dedicated science. Everyone there is so friendly and conversational and helpful with one another. I went back to Christy to do something fun, sassy, and Oh So Femme Fatale. She knew exactly what to do and even when she asked for advice from co-workers, they were all knowledgeable and warm towards one another. The result has gotten SO many kudos! Trusting my hair to Christy at Montage Salon is a no-brainer and a comfort I am grateful for. They not only have the worthy talent that all stylists should strive for, but they are friends to look forward to seeing.
