The last review was more about customer service and cleanliness, which I agree the reviewer has a point. However, I would say that I am fortunate to have found Harriet Goldman at Peirre and Carlo for my brow wax. She is usually booked solid, but will always do her best to fit you in to her schedule. A good brow wax is hard to find, and is one of the most essential beauty treatments. If you do wait, Harriet is WORTH IT!
