this location seems to be the only one who actually cares about their clients and will actually respond to any complaints they have. despite the fact that i have never been to this particular location, the owner (jenn) took the initiative to ask about my complaints and helped me, when the owner (anjelie) at the hancock center location basically accused me of lying and trying to scam them. would highly recommend
