I have been taking my dogs to this vet for about 15 years, after moving from another nearby vet that did not interact as well with me or my animals. On the whole, I have been pleased. The vet care has always been very thorough during regular check ups and the doctors have taken the time to explain things. Two of my dogs have been rescues, not particularly good with strangers, but they've taken well to each of the Surburban vets. About 2007, they remodelled the building and added a lot more space for boarding. I didn't board there before the renovation because it was cages only, but have started to board there now that they have indoor runs. Wait times to see the vet for routine check ups can be very long during walk-in hours, but is much better during appointment times.My dogs have been pretty healthy, so I've only had three "sick" visits. One was a referral to another vet for surgery. Sick visits can get pricey. Suburban gave me options/choices on how to proceed and I chose to do the
