This is NOT the same Cafe Bizou as before. We had no idea that ownership/mangement had changed until we sat down and looked at the menu. The menu is much more expensive than before -- entrees from $20-$30, no dollar soup/salad, and the entrees are just completely different. The food wasn't bad -- I'd have been happy if the seafood risotto I had were on the old Bizou menu. Our receipt says Prego Ristoranti, which upon checking online, seems to be a chain with locations in San Diego and Irvine. Their website still does not list the new location. The Bizou website still shows the old menu. So this change must have just taken place. I am wondering whether the other 2 locations of Bizou (Sherman Oaks and Pasadena) have also changed ownership.
Note: this citysearch website apparent does NOT allows words such as " dot com" -- so I am leaving out the 2 websites. Seems like a stupid rule for an online restaurant review!
