After my negative, horrible experience with another Nissan dealer, I was not a happy camper that the "check engine" light was on in my 2 year old Sentra. I will defend Zack as an excellent service writer and say he met his goal of putting the smile back on my face. Valencia Nissan provided great service and took care of the issues under warranty without question. He even followed up with the radio they needed to order in less than a week. These guys are great!
