My recent experience at Mr. Tire (Essex, MD) left a lot to be desired. I was immediately disenchanted when I was not allowed to address the sales manager until he completed whatever paperwork he was involved in. My experiences in dealing with the public dictate that the customer comes first, unrelated paperwok second. I already had an estimate which included road hazzard insurance. I advised the salesman that I did not want road hazzard insurance. He insisted on discussing it further. I left without buying tires and he seemed quite unimpressed with this action. His parting statement was "that's fine." He has an attitude problem. I will never again visit a Mr. Tire store.
