this was the worst experience I have ever had at a vet clinic. Making an appointment took 20 minutes because I kept being put on hold. Finally when I got to my appointment the person who checked me in was so swamped with work that she barely even noticed I was alive and my dog had a name. Then the "vet tech" Kristi basically beat my dog and cussed at him in front of me because he was so scared he wasn't standing still for her. They then snuck my dog in back to do things I didn't authorize which they later charged me for. The vet also didn't seem to know what she was doing. I will never go back to this horrible place.
